In his role, Brecher assists companies through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fairlabor.org\/accountability\/fair-labor-accreditation\/\">Fair Labor Accreditation<\/a> process, including supporting the research and development of social compliance programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to joining FLA in 2025, Brecher worked as a project manager at Management Systems International, an international development company and part of Tetra Tech, where he oversaw several regional USAID-funded projects. Previously, he was an analyst for Fontheim International, where he worked on issues related to corporate social responsibility and labor rights in global apparel supply chains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brecher holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in political science from American University and a master\u2019s degree in international relations from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
