Companies develop stronger social compliance programs by aligning with these principles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-inherit-color has-text-color\">When a manufacturing company joins FLA, its leadership makes a commitment to these Fair Labor Principles and agrees to uphold the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fairlabor.org\/accountability\/standards\/manufacturing\/mfg-code\/\">Fair Labor Code<\/a> in its supply chain.
