The toolkit highlights key focus areas, common challenges, best practices, and more. Case studies, examples from the field, and direct quotes provide tangible examples of success.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cGrievance mechanisms are critical not only to protecting workers, but also to safeguarding a company\u2019s reputation with consumers and investors,\u201d said FLA President and CEO Jeff Vockrodt. \u201cHowever, many brands and suppliers struggle to fully implement them. Our new toolkit will help companies establish grievance processes that demonstrate that labor rights concerns are taken seriously and resolved quickly.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On Thursday, September 4, FLA will <a href=\"https:\/\/us06web.zoom.us\/webinar\/register\/WN_PrWtjXuzT82XBb2tjgTbLQ#\/registration\">host a public webinar<\/a> to introduce the toolkit and answer questions about its application.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">###&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>The Fair Labor Association (FLA) promotes human rights at work.
