Nestl\u00e9 representatives informed the FLA on August 10, 2015, that Nestl\u00e9 had reached an agreement with the two unions active at the Karacabey factory and with the International Union of Food, Agricultural, Hotel, Restaurant, Catering, Tobacco and Allied Workers\u2019 Associations (IUF) to reemploy the 23 workers involved in the complaint or provide financial assistance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The FLA has confirmed with the complainants that 22 of the affected workers were offered reinstatement by Nestl\u00e9 and have already returned to their jobs, while one worker has chosen not to return and has accepted a compensation package.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"template":"","location":[243],"members":[],"report_type":[265],"class_list":["post-5541","report","type-report","status-publish","hentry","location-tr","report_type-third-party-complaint"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.fairlabor.org\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/report\/5541","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.fairlabor.org\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/report"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.fairlabor.org\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/report"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.fairlabor.org\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=5541"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"location","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.fairlabor.org\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/location?post=5541"},{"taxonomy":"members","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.fairlabor.org\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/members?post=5541"},{"taxonomy":"report_type","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.fairlabor.org\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/report_type?post=5541"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
