Association<\/strong>\u00ae (FLA) provides training and tools to build expertise in companies and drive innovation in business practices, ultimately improving working conditions and the lives of the workers who make the products you buy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">FLA\u2019s wide range of evidence-based, ready-to-implement resources allows us to meet companies where they are on their journey to improving workers\u2019 rights. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">We provide targeted guidance for companies working to achieve <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fairlabor.org\/accountability\/fair-labor-accreditation\/\">Fair Labor Accreditation<\/a> and ongoing training for accredited companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">We offer a knowledge building program for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fairlabor.org\/join\/licensees\/\">Collegiate Licensees<\/a>, whose University partners are eager to raise labor standards for merchandise bearing their logos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">FLA conducts leading-edge research on critical topics such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fairlabor.org\/issues\/living-wage\/\">fair compensation and living wage<\/a>, supply chain innovation, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fairlabor.org\/issues\/forced-labor\/\">forced labor<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fairlabor.org\/issues\/child-labor\/\">child labor<\/a>\u2014ultimately allowing us to provide partners with evidence-based advice and tools to improve labor
