She is responsible for local coordination and management of all field-level activities for FLA\u2019s projects in T\u00fcrkiye, and contributes to team leadership, data collection, reporting, and documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to joining FLA in 2024, Yah\u015fi graduated from D\u00fczce University\u2019s Department of Social Work in 2022. During university, she focused on supply chain and human rights in the private sector.
