He specializes in FLA program implementation, factory assessments, health and safety, remediation, and stakeholder collaboration activities. Celikel played a key role in developing FLA\u2019s Sustainable Compliance Initiative (SCI) and has led assessments in more than 60 countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Having joined FLA in 2011, Celikel brings extensive expertise in social compliance, capacity building, and training to his position, with more than a decade of prior experience as a consultant and assessor.
