FLA provides training, tools, and resources on building a sustainable social compliance program and increasing supply chain transparency to the 2,500+ FLA affiliates that participate in our knowledge-building<\/a> programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both our Collegiate Licensee Program<\/a> and Single-Factory Supplier Program<\/a> increase affiliates\u2019 awareness of labor rights risks and provide regular training to mitigate those risks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While these companies do not go through the same rigorous, multi-year process as our members pursuing accreditation, all FLA affiliates are required to learn from FLA\u2019s rigorous standards and meet a series of obligations designed to improve working conditions in global supply chains and protect workers\u2019 rights.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
