FLA offers a robust knowledge building program for companies that are not ready to pursue Fair Labor Accreditation<\/a>, or their business model is not suited to the Fair Labor Accreditation model. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our knowledge-building programs provide training, tools, and resources that help companies develop a sustainable social compliance program that improves working conditions and protects workers\u2019 rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At present, more than 2,500 affiliates<\/a> participate in our knowledge-building programs, including those tailored to collegiate licensees<\/a> and single-factory suppliers<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
