We find Fair Labor Association\u2019s wage tool to be very useful for companies to assess where they are in the journey towards paying a living wage. It provides essential data for companies to advance discussions and decisions on improving wages and internally assess how well they are doing. We hope that companies will not only use this tool but will also engage with FLA and others to move the needle on this critical issue.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n\n

<\/meta>The Wage Data Collection Tool<\/strong> is a straightforward and scalable data form, that allows companies to gather worker wage data from factories in the manufacturing industry, including those producing apparel, footwear and accessories. The Excel-based version of the tool is freely available for use, and the online version, which includes access to a visualization dashboard for wage data analysis, is available to non-FLA members as a subscription service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The companion Fair Compensation Dashboard<\/strong> allows companies to analyze average worker wages, measure those wages against living wage benchmarks from more than 30 countries, and track progress over time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
